設(shè)計挑戰(zhàn)：在前期設(shè)計中，要考慮到產(chǎn)品的新穎性，首先得打破常規(guī)的設(shè)計模式，以不同的感官與使用設(shè)計來征服客戶。在后期，在考慮安全防燙傷兒童的同時還得考慮護罩的透光性，以及燈頭周邊的散熱性。我們在護罩的材料選擇上做了深入研究，所采用的材料為紅外線刻穿透的透明PC，同時在燈頭兩側(cè)加入了散熱孔設(shè)計，減少熱量對外殼的損害。而且制作工藝也極其簡單，模具注塑成型，增加了產(chǎn)品單位時間的生產(chǎn)量。
