這是一種遙控式農(nóng)業(yè)噴藥小飛機,機體型嬌小而功能強大,可負(fù)載10L農(nóng)藥,在低空噴灑農(nóng)藥,每分鐘可完成一畝地的作業(yè)。其噴灑效率是傳統(tǒng)人工的30倍。該飛機采用智能操控,操作手通過地面遙控器及GPS定位對其實施控制,其旋翼產(chǎn)生的向下氣流有助于增加霧流對作物的穿透性,防治效果好,同時遠距離操控施藥大大提高了農(nóng)藥噴灑的安全性。

理念
在設(shè)計過程中,如何將無人機本身的重量降到最低是一大難題,同時還需要滿足雨天作業(yè),以及后期清洗的防水處理,由于內(nèi)部元器件發(fā)熱量大,散熱也是一個令人頭痛的問題。另一方面還需要降低無人機降落到地面時由于慣性對內(nèi)部元器件的損害。 因此我們我們最后給出的方案為無人機外殼以及骨架均采用碳纖維材料,主體部分采用模塊化設(shè)計,方便安裝與拆卸同時解決防水問題。至于散熱,我們設(shè)計了一款L型的吹塑水箱,在滿足載藥量不變的同時,讓水箱輔助散熱。然后在支架底部設(shè)計了緩沖器,有效解決了無人機降落時緩沖的問題。

Therefore, we finally give the program for the UAV shell and skeleton are carbon fiber material, the main part of the modular design, easy installation and disassembly, while solving the waterproof problem. As for heat dissipation, we designed a L type blow tank, which can be used to heat the tank at the same time as the loading dose is constant. Then the buffer is designed at the bottom of the support to effectively solve the problem of landing when the UAV is landing.
無人駕駛小型直升機具有作業(yè)高度低,飄移少,可空中懸停,無需專用起降機場,旋翼產(chǎn)生的向下氣流有助于增加霧流對作物的穿透性,防治效果高,遠距離遙控操作,噴灑作業(yè)人員避免了暴露于農(nóng)藥的危險,提高了噴灑作業(yè)安全性等諸多優(yōu)點。另外,電動無人直升機噴灑技術(shù)采用噴霧噴灑方式至少可以節(jié)約50%的農(nóng)藥使用量,節(jié)約90%的用水量,這將很大程度的降低資源成本。
